RE:Fiana Gold high grade Mestre vein, level 6, Cascavel mine.OldGold wrote: One of Faina Golds, previously known was Pacific Arc, projects in Brazil is the Cascavel gold mine. Cascavel has a fully operational plant and a well-developed underground decline.
The operation was original operated by an Australian company until it went into voluntary administration due to overspending and poor mining decisions by the first management team.
The project was picked up by an investment group and has undergone a major restructure, they have cleared all debt and built a world class team to relaunch the project. In this short video you can see just how rich the mine is, and why it was worth rescuing.
This is the area that should have been mined in the first place but was not for unknown reasons. This the area that Faina gold will concentrate on going forward.
On a personal note, I see a comment about my videos, and how I do not appear in them or use my own voice. Like my handle implies, I am old and have been around. Over forty years mining experience in a variety of rolls. Also have been an active poster on these sorts of forums for many years.
When I first started posting, I used my name and a photo of myself as my avatar, even after being advised not to. I should have listened as after one of the stocks I followed whet belly up, costing me over 200k, I was attacked by those that can not take responsibility for their own investing choices. From death threats, to calling my wife a prostitute, and how revenge would be taken.
A hard lesson learnt and a mistake I will not make again. No everyone on these boards are friendly people, and some are absolute nut jobs.
