i think that is more focused on access to Medicare/Medicaid - "Federal" cases represent 40% (2019 figure) of CRH Medical's cases. Medicare/Medicaid cases have much lower revenue and margins than Commercial payors and CRH focuses on shifting their case mix to more Commercial for obvious reasons. note a lot of Medicare/Medicaid cases came from GAA/UD, so I am not sure what that will look like going forward.
in any event, i think the political and health care landscape is looking good for CRH. especially with the recently passed billing legislation.
