My guess is because institutions are picking up the stock. But only they know for sure.

Hexo and Aurora have deep pockets playing with those stocks. Aphria is doing it the right way IMHO.

I have never seen anything like this where shareholders are in the dark and always kept guessing. How can they expect retail investors risking their money in this company. IMO
