We are all aware that it's a small number of patients and Sernova is actively mitigating the immunity suppresion issues as referenced in multiple posts before mine. Which means they are 'actively' addressing the negative points.
Everyone is aware that it's early in the game but no can discount that it could be game changing.
Nevertheless every person is entitled to their own opinions/personal gains from their comments, it's usually transparent after time.
