You need to think in terms of sell side now. These IBs guys need to underwrite the offer or do direct. If they underwrite the offer, it will be a bought deal and then it's up to the IBs to sell this hot cake in today's environment which will be very lucrative. If they just do a direct it's a free market.

But I can't for the life of me see Arht uplisting to raise anything under $10m.

This is HUGE regardless.
