RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ARHT MEDIA SHORT FORM PROSPECTUS FILINGSo far so good, but they need to get this sp at venture times above lets say 1$ if they would like to raise 10mio on the new exchange. If they would like to raise 10mio at current level, massive dilution. If they dont get the sp on venture up before uplisting the consequence could be a reverse split, also bad effect for us long term collectors....or is there something i have overseen? Clearly long term effects of uplisting have massive upside, but how to get there without too much dilution?! ;-)
