they wanted to profit from the capital market while the bubble in biotech is still in play................., so 
they did this capital increase which pleased them.......!!?????
They said it was a good financial deal.......????!!!!

Earlier on, when the share price was higher, they didn't needed the capital............

Man o man, what a wonderful "corporate governance"....!!!! 

Glad with my MYOV and ONCT !!!!! 

But Mr. reality says i am "dumb"........:-(
