He is an enthusiastic investor in the company who has provided some good information to this board and appreciates the efforts of others who try to contribute similarly. He has stated that he intends to hold for the long term because he feels the company has a great future which is not appreciated by the market. With this point of view he is willing to pay up for this future growth and disagrees with traditional analysis. Perhaps he is caught up a little to much with the recent run-up in price and this has amplified his enthusiasm, but, IMO, this does not make him a pumper.
