I think I saw 5 or 6 companies object. 


They only got a patent because its an Indian company . Can you imagine the laughter if a bunch of white guys , wanting to export LNG on Vancouver Island , asked for a patent on anything ???  
It never would have happened , Steelhead has set themselves up to be shunned by the industry with this ill timed court action . Do you really see them getting a permit for an under sea pipeline to get product to Vancouver Island ? It will never happen !!!!  Steelhead is doomed !!!!
