RE:ACDC legitimacy clarification (for dummies)I've only recently started following ACDC and am beginning to understand why there are strong remarks on both sides (for/against).
It doesn't take much checking to find there have been significant management shortfalls during their history which contributed among other things to filing delays (always a concern) as well as management trading warnings from securities authorities lead to legitimate shareholder apprehension.
Couple this with a few corporate name changes that on the surface have little practical purpose other than to cloud research efforts.
On the other hand , recent business developments such as the Squamish project suggest genuine business progress.
So, whether one decides to invest here at this stage is in my mind reason pretty much built around belief in the business/technical concept rather than confidence in the management group.
For my part, it seems worth getting involved as long as you can accept the evident operating/management and financial risks because the potential and current growth outlook looks to be strong.
Here's hoping they're getting genuine business advice from some professional accountants etc.
