Gandalf123, there is no need to talk business or logic with such an idiot.

He does not know the difference between business loan and a house mortgage. Yet, he feels that he is more knowledgeable than all ZENA management.

He criticize all investors and stock holders with his non sense bashing, and I am pretty sure, he doesn't sound like someone who has ever bought a share or even has the liquidity to do so.

Why is he here? What a sore loser!
