I'm not kidding. You talked of owning commercial space with high end tenants and you had considered purchasing ( I recall you said 3) Biocloud units. That was some time ago. Did you buy them? It would be news, you could share it, and it could affect the share price positively. So? I can't be the only one here who would like to know.
