Where's the deal Are deals ever coming? Will NexOptic change its modus operandi and actually sell something to someone…someday?
Below are just a few quotes from official NRs related to deals:
- July 20, 2020: “Engineered into NexOptic’s All Light Intelligent Imaging Solutions (“ALIIS™”), the neural ISP technology is immediately available to OEM customers through Nexoptic’s alliances with leading semiconductor companies.”
- Aug. 25, 2020: “NexOptic is discussing multiple opportunities with third party corporations that could make it commercially viable in the near term. Advanced dialogues with these third parties including with other leading semiconductor companies and various leading OEM’s continue.”
- September 11, 2020: “Our All Light Intelligent Imaging Solutions (ALIIS) products are now ready for deployment on our partner platforms with NVIDIA and Qualcomm, and we anticipate customer deals for sales of ALIIS in the near future,” said Rich Geruson, NexOptic’s Chairman.
So where are these customer deals? Product development was all done and “ready for deployment” on September 11. Here we are, end of January now, and still not a single deal. With no guidance, investors are left guessing and hoping: a sad situation.
So far, it’s playing out just like all the other “inventions” this company has had. Meet ALIIS: Blade Optics version 2.0.
