why should a responsible company like Enbridge worry about defying any laws....and the consequences thereof.....
As an enbridge shareholder, I don't recall voting for you (Quintessential) for any postion, except maybe santition engineer, whose main responsibilites were making sure the sanitation pads in the women's washrooms did not go empty....

Enbridge is following the proper procedure which is to pursue all legal avenues. One of which should be reminding the Michigan Tax Payer that Whitmer is wasting their tax dollars on a protracted legal battle while simultaneously raising the cost of heating their homes and businesses.  The Michigan Tax Payer is after all headed back to the polls in 2022 and I'm sure their bank accounts haven't prospered during the pandemic.

It would be interesting if ENB or someone else....did an estimate on the increased pollution and environmental damage resulting from driving all these trucks everyday compared to the pollution coming from the few compressor stations needed to power the pipeline going through the State of Michigan

As well...what would be hydrocarbon requirements to fix all the road damage arising from the increased truck traffic (assuming that she could actually get that many trucks to haul the propane and NG)
