Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Future Share PriceOk - but let's assume this is correct according to your numbers ...and you believe WRN will sell out @ $15/share (or something north of $10 anyway). Then the acquirer would still realize a benefit of 10M shares X $13/share or $130M. Assuming your number on $2/share is correct. There are obviously plenty of shares held by weak holders for them to start acquiring. 

I think we are all on the same page though....and calling Palmer a penny pincher is funny....but you would do the same thing :) 

Even if you were in Palmers shoes and WANTED to buy WRN really badly...you CANNOT offer what WRN believes is a "fair" value. We shouldn't be blaming Newmont....we should be blaming WRN for not doing what is necessary to drive market cap up over the prior 5 years to have us in better position to negotiate!!!
