Has Bombardier succeeded in turning the company around?

It all comes down to what one believes as a Bombardier investor. Has the company done what they said they would to turn things around, or not? That is all that counts!!! Yes a great 4th quarter financial report would be ideal, but if it isn’t, but there are positive signs that the drastic changes are working, it will be sufficient enough to move the stock price up substantially.
