1) way too big on the open market sale by the company ... $25 million of stock being sold is too much and is what's aiding in this big big decline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2) UK covid situation is terrible! How is MDNA going to start the all important phase 1 in 3Q 2021????? IMHO, there will be a massive delay!!!!!!!!

Stock goes under $4 USD very soon!!!!!!!!! As I predicted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
