I agree with everything you're saying, but you're still dodging my question. You keep harping on the fact we need a feasibility study now, during your DD 3 years ago not having one didn't seem to bother you and you were pushing to go into production without one. So on that front nothing changed. 

You didn't think they needed one then and they don't think they need one now. 

Tbh you sold at the perfect time and I wish I sold with you. At this point with markets near all time highs and Biden taking the reigns down south, I don't know where else I'd put my money right now so I'm give this a little while longer to see if anything pans out.
