There are north of 150 million shares outstanding and they don't have a patent or means of commercialization. The South Korea trial didn't finish, The government didn't fund AGN and management is staring a separate company.

please explain how you think $1 is achievable? Please explain how you think AGN will profit from something they don't own the rights to, thanks
