RE:Interesting approvals

RE:Interesting approvals Stunning!

Miquetla is very similar to ROE's Amatitlan block.  It is due East of ROE's block, so not as lucrative as ROE, as the sweet spot in the geology is northwest and southeast of Amatitlan.  Whatever Miquetla can do, Amatitlan can do much much better.

The stumbling block for ROE sometime back, was that ROE wanted 51% of the block's profits while PEMEX was not willing to give that to ROE & Lukoil. and was only willing to give out a service contract.  So now that Miquetla has been given on what appears to be good terms, why won't Mexico sign up for Amatitlan?
