RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:scotia downBrokerages in Canada are controlled by the banks. They're attacking retailers in effort to regain control and crush what's happening with GSE and other shorts. Personally I hope all the short sellers get burned and many of these corrupt hedge funds get vaporized. Banks and their brokerages with their naked short selling completely distort the market and do more harm than good. I'm tempted to buy shares in GSE not with an eye towards making any money, rather simply to buy/hold and screw the shorts. Robinhood investing is a great equalizer for the retail masses. Too bad there's no equivalent available to Canadians.
Funny as as of yesterday evening I had never even heard of GSE or aware of what was happening. Only became aware when my son who lives on Reddit came to me with a proposition... buy GSE and split the profits... LOL! I spent the rest of the evening on reddit and reading the posts on WSB. Too bad Robinhood has suspended buying/selling GSE. As much as I am cheering these guys on, it's only a matter of time before the bubble bursts if retail can't buy/sell. Big guys smell and see the blood in the streets and are pushing retail out of the action. Sucks but that's the way it is when Robinhood turns on their supporters and becomes the Sheriff of Nottingham.
