RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:There are a couple of thingsIt doesn't happen like that. These are class action law suits they go after the assets of the company, the BOD and executives. Most of the time the company these people go after end up with nothing and sometimes delist. On occasion you see once in a while one comes out of the ashes the stock roars up the law suits are dropped and everything is all rosy again. In my opinion this company has a very small window to show strong reoccurring sales. If this is does not happen quickly, oh well it was a nice play while it lasted. Again I say watch and wait to see if they announce strong sales if not then you didn't get caught with worthless paper, if they do yes you pay a little more but you are safe. jmo
