It was a terrible situation. I had 160K shares worth over half a million in early 2018. When the news came out about this raise with "Bridgemark" something didn't feel right I researched them and found some complaint rumblings online about them being sketchy AF. Once the price got down to the $1.60's I liquidated them all over the span of a week and I am sure glad I went with my gut on that one. Came out of if with a small profit, but ended up loosing $300K I had made in profits by holding it for over a year. I just wonder if Wnek and Krasic are taking the fall for someone else who I shall not say.
