They tried an endrun

and pulled it off it seems. Too bad this is still a shytshow. Broke and fleeced. Can they dress this old ho up and run her around the block again or are investors too savvy for that now? I thought the halt would be the long awaited reverse stock split. I guess we still have that to deal with and financials.
