RE:Repeated mistakes are not "mistakes"The idea is to learn from others mistake to avoid making same mistakes.
But unfortunately most peaple think they know better ,make same mistakes,pay the price and change.
But some are stubborn enough not to acknowledge their mistakes and keep making wrong decisions and those people are exactly what you said.
We need either a fundamental change of how this company conduct their business or new leadership.

While the science guys seemed to know what they were doing, Thera financial guy(s) and marketing guy(s) did not seem to know what they are doing. It's rebundantly clear that an offering would be a lot better in the US market than the Canadian market. It's is the financial guy's job to find that deal, since he got paid to do so. If he couldn't while others could, is he worthed his paycheck ?
