Maybe you should check their financials before making statements about a public company's financials. Based on a quick look of their last financials for the period ending sept. 30 2020, they have CAD 31.91 million in annualized revenue.
Oh and since you clearly don't know how capital structure works - the number of shares outstanding by itself means absolutely nothing. It is all relative to the price per share, which totals to the market cap, representing the total company value to shareholders.
