I was right and they finally corrected this nonsense. We were getting shares at 47.50€ for something that was 43.83€ in late days. Finally: "Because shares were issued by Alstom following the execution of the SPA, Bombardier's share subscription price was adjusted from {ᰣ }47.50 per share to {᱀ }43.46 per share in accordance with the previously agreed upon anti-dilution adjustment mechanism."___________________
