that would be SSR (short sale rule ) rule ... if the price drops over 10% ( which it did yesterday) there will be no new shorting possible WHICH MEANS NOBODY PUSHING THE PRICE DOWN  which in turn sounds like KATCHING  CHING ... GLTA
