I GUESS YOU CASUALLY MISSED NOTE 17 WHEN TYPING IN ALL CAPS. KUDOS TO THINKRESEARCH MANAGEMENT FOR FINDING THE MOST EXPENSIVE OFFICE SPACE IN TORONTO DURING A PANDEMIC AND LOCKING IN FOR 5 YEARS ALMOST 2 YEARS IN ADVANCE. AMAZING 37M OFF BALANCE SHEET DEBT THEY HAVE GOING FOR THEM.
