Stalling jobs and investment is hard to fathom given the hard times on the island. Stopping the cheapest projects that can be built before 2025 would seem to be gross incompetence or corruption.
I would think the real possibility of a lawsuit by the 16 legacy solar projects against PREPA and the FOMB would make the board members nervous. Could politically and legally damaging internal information about the FOMB's role come to light in discovery?
Anyway, we need to keep pointing out to those in power that Natalie and the FOMB have gone far beyond their legal mandate in this instance. Legally, politically, and economically, the Empress and her court are not wearing any clothes here.
