RE:RE:RE:RE:WHY?

There is only a short time until the market closes, today is a Friday, and the market dropped hugely today. I am very happy trading is halted until Monday.

If it is still closed then, there will be some other news, such as an uplist, or some financing details. As I read it they are going to issue 110 mil shares of stock and pay $105 mil cash. I do not know if they have that cash. Maybe there are more specifics to come on how financing will occur.
