Well if Royston is potentially the same value as Cascadura and Chinook?
C&C are as gas plays currently worth $2.50 per mcf according to the market and that post gas tax works out to be around around $13 a barrel equivalent.
At $50 oil I believe that's worth to TXP $25, post oil taxes, from previous PB comments.
So should Royston come in as oil it's possibly worth an extra 90% on top of a gas find.
So if Cascadura/Chinook is worth $2.60 pre test them would an oil Royston add in say another $4+ on top?
Who knows but given their track record on guessing whether something is oil or gas don't bet against it turning out to be a liquid.
