The Company reported a net loss of ($3.5) million, or ($0.01) per share, in the third quarter of 2020 compared with a net loss of ($2.9) million, or ($0.01) per share, in the third quarter of 2019 and net loss of ($6.2) million, or ($0.02) per share, in the second quarter of 2020. The loss in the third quarter of 2020 included research and development costs of $1.3 million compared to $0.5 million in the third quarter of 2019 and $1.3 million in the second quarter of 2020.
