RE:Hedge funds may be more careful about shorting stocks now.I hope Kevin is right, however, take a look at the short positions of TD Bank (on shortdata.ca) and notice that a Company with 1.8 Billion share outstanding, has a short position of 3.4 Billion shares!

Something is definately wrong, methinks!

It should be illegal to short over 100% of any stock, I cannot buy 200M shares of TNY tmrw, they only have around 119M, how stupid is that. 

In order to sell shares you should own them, not borrow them, I can't sell a house I rented on Airbnb.
