Please add to and/or correct my observations

1. The Alberta and Canadian goverments continue to invest in TIC.
2. The company is unlikely to go bankrupt.
3. TIC should have a facility up and running within a couple of years
4. Nearly every time TIC makes an announcement the stock rises. 
5. Loading up at 30 cents, especially in one's TFSA, is likely a good move.
