RE:RE:RE:Numbers

RE:RE:RE:Numbers

7. The Family should  loan bbd some  $1-2 bln at 2-3% or/and buy some sizeable chunk of shares on the cheap . Help the company, help themselves and build a legacy for the Family name rather than milking it to the ground.

As sp  rises the debt refinance becomes easier. The institutions move in. The momentum keeps growing. The Family should also vacate some board seats in favour of couple big names entrepreneurs (entice those guys with vote sharing rights)

8. Bbd should aggressively lobby Can and other friendly govs for military contracts. Those are high margin deals.

9.reward  workers efficiency and dedication with bonuses in the form of  bbd shares purchased on monthly basis  on the open market.  Happy workers make quality products and are invested in the company's success.
Good optics and reduces the float thus making earning per share look better

10.Require all board members to invest heavily in bbd or get out. Make bbd the shining light of corporate responsibility and the envious place to work

11. Combine multiple approaches for max benefit of the company and shareholders

I agree

Options to benefit the shareholders (not necessarily in presented order of importance):

1. Sell of BA at the premium like USD $1.50-2 per share
or
2. Warrants issued to the shareholders proportional to their holdings and/or to big outsiders to bring down the debt .  couple it with aggressive debt refinancing
or
3. Getting big name entrepreneur (the Family shares voting rights or gives up dual structure and control) like Elon Musk to Bbd board (that would propel sp immediately to $3 +USD)
or
4. Taking private (Family+private equity) at premium (at least  USD$1.50 -2per share)

Or
5. Bbd can be on upwards path with improving sp  on its own , longer path with more effort. With favourable refinancing and government R$D grants the picture gets better and better
 Or

6. Amateurs start buying frenzy and create short squeeze
