You are 100% correct, the politicinas who work for the taxpayers need to change the law so that these special interest groups don't have the power to delay and even stop any project in Canada for the smallest and stupidest reason. There is NO reason these reports can't be completed in 1 year!!
Instead of creating delays we should be creating wealth & job oppurtnity in Canada. Steven Harper the Last great Prime Minister of Canada was in the process of changing these laws.
We now live in a stupid new world where every small matter and nothing is too small to discuss is debated forever.
Disappointed in Doug Ford when he was campaigning and said " I'm going to get on the Bulldozer and start the road". Nothing has happened, BS to get our votes.
