RE:RE:high volume ask at 0.08 Seriously, I don't understand these negative comments about Warren Stanyer's interview. Warren spoke truthfully to investors - like adults. Junior exploration is a tough business. To progress projects, raising money is required. For a junior, a takeout is usually the goal. Why is any of this information a surprise?
The fact is that Warren and his team have a track record of success. They know how to identify good properties - and also how to advance them. The Firebird Nickel jv with Rio Tinto could pay off big if there is early drilling success - or Rio Tinto could decide to walk away if the results aren't great. That's the nature of the business.
One advantage that ALX has over other juniors is that they are currently being carried by Denison on the Hook-Carter Uranium jv. It's always great to have a prospective project advanced on another party's dime.
ALX is a long-term exploration play - with a few potential catalysts in the near term for a share price rise. Those without patience may want to jump on the "bitcoin miner" bandwagon - good luck with that.
Disclaimer: I own shares of ALX, just my opinions, not investment advice.
