AMP German Cannabis Group changes company name to "AMP Alternative Medical Products"

ERFURT / BERLIN, Germany - January 29, 2021- AMP German Cannabis Group Inc. ("AMP" and or "the company") (CSE: XCX), (Frankfurt: C4T, ISIN: CA00176G1028) announces that the company has announced that it has Company names in "AMP Alternative Medical Products Inc." has changed.

The Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") will issue a bulletin announcing the effective date of the name change. The company's common stock is expected to be issued on or about Wednesday, February 3, 2021 under the new company name "AMP Alternative Medical Products Inc.", subject to the approval of the CSE. in thetrade start.

The company's stock symbol on the Canadian Stock exchangeCSE and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will not change. AMP's new CUSIP number is 031896103 and the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) is CA0318961038.
