I am guessing not good....

I am guessing not good....I have never seen a company miss a financial report and conference call and at the same time leave the market completely in the dark.  Events like this make me glad I am a day trader with no overnight exposure to potentially bad news drops.  If a buyout were in the works for PTQ they probably wouldn't have recently applied for an uplisting to begin with.  Will be watching for trading opportunities on any major drops though I hope for those holding that is not the case.
