To call it a terrible deal is comical. No one should put any weight on it. probably some teenager.

Any, in all my years in the industry anytime a company uses the word "transformational" in their news release the stock usually leaps.

Take a look DND news release when they expanded into South America. There was that word...and 40% later.

This is a positive big no matter how you slice it.
