As a marketing company supplying patients to surgeons (I'm guessing mostly cosmetic), why would they have a competitive edge than the service providers themselves? It's just not a good business proposition in my view and can easily be replaced or I can see a lot of problems with physician satisfaction of such services.
Home care is more bread and butter health care - these products and services are ESSENTIAL. It's also very service heavy and not easy for a new player to enter and compete. The worst that can happen with such companies is they grow slower or stop growing. But bankruptcy is just much less likely. Fraud is another issue and not one can predict that of any company successful or otherwise.
