Standards for NASDAQ Listing

Share price is only one criterion for listing on NASDAQ. I looked up the four standards under which a company can apply, and from my analysis HITI is not close to any of them. Am I missing somehting here? Does anyone have any intel on how close HITI might be to meeting the necessary standard?
