I'd love $6. I'd take $5.

But I'd only take $5 if was within a month or two.

After so long here, I would probably take the immediate bird in the hand and decide where to go from there. (Stay, sell, reduce percentage, who knows)

But the closer we get to the Apple settlement (not a bird in the hand yet) the higher the price tag gets.

If accumulation for some sort of sale/merger of all or part is in the works, get 'er done fast I say.
