I burned a few more brain cellstrying to decipher what is going on with Tinley. It seems that our Becketts manufacturer in the US dropped the ball and we got our Canadian Becketts producer to step up and fill that gap. That helps to explain the choppy rollout and it looks like it has been dealt with. It's too bad that the Tinley 27 rtd's have been delayed in Canada and of course there is that pesky overseer and the 60 day analyzing time they have legislated for our products in Canada which is probably stability and shelflife credibility which shouldn't be an issue because we have solved that problem in the US and if it works there it will work in Canada. There is a lot of shyt that nobody ever thinks of that has to be dealt with behind the scenes and that is why I hope Jeff is getting some help. One good thing is I haven't been able to decipher much in the way of shortselling which suggests that investors don't want to play that game because they think it is too risky. Who would of thought there would be this much stuff that had to be fixed, but it looks like it is being taken care of and our management is clearing obstacles to get our skus to consumers. US descheduling of marijuana from Fed interference might be handled in a very irregular way for politicians with the new proposals that the Democrats are inking as we wait. If they take a cue from Schumer and get all the issues for a greenrush under one roof of accountability, that would be huge. Do it at the Fed level and launch the US greenrush such that US investors can invest, bank and broker in cannabinoids and if they get Interstate xfr of products at the same time. If the Democrats pass all of what I have mentioned in one fell swoop, it would show competence and expediency that would match Bidens 40 bills that he has signed off on.
