With the recent news and the company guidance, one would think this stock should have blown by the $0.40 mark. Everyone with warrants to convert seem to want to convert them under $0.40.

The company guidance puts the year end revenue at about $50 million. By the time the warrents are converted they may add up to 350 million oustanding shares. Regardless, even with that total of shares the price for the stock:
5x earnings = $0.71
10x earnings = $1.43
15x earnings = $2.14
20x earnings = $2.86
