staying long - am following the insider buying, and looks like company active on buyback, according to canadian insider up till blackout period began dec 31. new ceo likely to make changes, and upgrade personnel - no surprise.

but results been improving, buying back stock, insiders buying big and reinstate dividend. if roe can rise over next year, no reason price book multiple cannot go higher and more monthly dividend.
