To a Healthy Come BackThis is truth. If the 3 founders had not taken the advice, (from then present legal councel) to step aside Ascent would have never entered CCAA. They were well on the way to becoming a global leader in the cannabis sector, light years ahead of the competition. They trusted Blair and Karim, (opportunist scum, who were mandated to support the singular effort to make things right with the regulators. They did not put the shareholder first, they had the power to, but put themselves first for financial self gain, and that is the course of action they took. Those two clowns, (now terminated) left the company at a big disadvantage) with a minimal war chest. The history will always show that Blair and Karim are the primary reason the shareholders suffered these big losses, IMHO.
Philip, the founding father was hired back for his strong leadership, indepth knowledge of the cannabis sector, combined with his committment and determination to make things right and bring this company back to prominance. I see with the unfolding of recent announcements they are now back in safe hands. Luff Enterprises Inc is on the right track with an ambitious, strategic, focused business plan to regain their seat as a significant global leader in the cannabis space, in my honest opinion.
