As blackberry says, however, the patents sold recently were probably cream of the crop, and received premium prices. That in turn could mean anything between $1.5m to (who really knows?) $8 to $12m per patent.

If I were forced to make guesses, I'd say
(a) the total of the patent sale came to $450m
(b) BB will pay no dividend
(c) the FB suit could be worth roughly $500m, and it could be spread out over 5 years or longer.
