RE:RE:RE:PSI am in agreement in regards to whether or not I should execute rights.  As I've mentioned in previous post, I am a non-Canadian resident, so it is more complicated for me even if I want to execute rights.  So, to me, the smart move is to not execute early and wait.  Hope some substantial news is released prior to the Rights expiration.

However, my concern is that there will be no news.  I'm not saying this is the case, but I would think most companies would go to a "quiet period" (possible legal reasons?) and not release substantial news until the finality of the RIghts offering.

If this does indeed occur, then I will be faced with tough decisions, but I will make those decisions LATE in the process, not early.  I hope I am wrong...
